If you have read my last two Wicked Wednesday posts you will know they detail my first ever kinky experience (the final part will be published next week). The man in those stories is the same man who introduced me to chains. We were sitting in a pub garden right next to the heavy thick chain that was fencing off the car park. I sat there absent-mindedly fiddling with it, running my fingers along the metal and every now and then give it a push so that it would make that magical rattling sound that only chain can.
“You can’t stop fiddling with that can you?” He remarked
He was right, but I had genuinely not realised that until he pointed it out.
“Perhaps you should go to B & Q* and buy yourself some” (*B & Q = Home Depot)
I am fairly sure it was a teasing throwaway comment on his part but it stuck in my head. It had never crossed my mind to buy something like that and in my naivety was unaware that hardware shops even sold such a thing. After all it is not something you tend to have a need for very often. Anyway, it niggled away in my brain and then one day I found myself in my local B & Q buying new paint for my bedroom and just couldn’t resist finding out if he was right about them selling chain. To my delight I discovered that they not only sold chain in any length you required but they sold a rather large selection from small and thin links right up to something that appeared to be too heavy for me to even lift. I stood there fiddling with the various different types trying to pluck up the courage to go and ask someone to cut me off a length of it but in the end nerves got the better of me and I left without the chain.
The moment I got home I regretted my decision. What on earth was wrong with me, why would anyone be remotely interested in some woman buying a length and chain and even if they did wondered why, what did I care? The very next day my bedroom project gave me yet another excuse to return to the shop when I found a hole in the plaster work, this time I didn’t leave without the chain.
I bought one long length because I had absolutely no idea what I was going to do with it just that I wanted it. I can remember grinning to myself as I got into my car and it made the perfect chain sound as I threw it down on the passenger seat next to me. When I got home the bedroom continued to distract me but later that evening when I stripped off to take a shower I saw the chain sitting in its bag on the landing where I had left it. I pulled it out and let it run through my fingers like a metal waterfall and then I started to twist it round me. Over my arms and round my breasts and stomach, down across my butt and through my legs. The harsh cold delighted me, it felt mean and unforgiving, when I moved it made that noise, when I laid down it cut into my flesh, and when I pulled against it, it refused to relent and held me tight in its powerful metal embrace while I rubbed at my clit and made myself cum with fantasies of chains and shackles playing in my mind.
Soon after buying it I added metal hooks to the shopping list which I drilled into the four corners of my bed. I tried those out on my own too but soon shared them with my then partner and off course they are now used by @domsigns. With some carabiners and ankle cuffs the chain is the perfect companion to my desire to be restrained. To this day I still have that original length of chain. Although we have added other chain items including a set of metal handcuffs with chain running between them and a short length of thick heavy chain that with a little padlock has been transformed into a heavy collar.
I like rope, a lot, but I LOVE chains. There is something about the look of them that just makes me think of dungeons and imprisonment. When they first touch my skin they feel like a cold snake wrapping itself round my flesh, it makes me shiver and my nipples harden and the tiny hairs all over my body ripple in protest and then there is the sound, there is nothing else like it. Rope might have smell but chains have their own distinctive tune that my kinky heart happily sings along to.
