Come Again

* I have written this piece as my contribution to Stranded in Toronto’s new meme A Darker Flame. The prompt was ‘a medieval knight finds a mobile phone’ and the directive was to include a secondary genre such as Sci-fi, Fantasy, Horror, Western etc…. As you can see I went for Sci-fi in the form of some time travel and here is where the apologies start. This is all very new to me. I actually did rather a lot of research about time travel, who know there were actual rules to this stuff?! and names from the medieval period. So, if you love your sci-fi and your time travel and I have done horrible things to it, please do forgive me. I promise to try to get better at this. Oh and to Stranded, I can’t believe I am doing this, fuck you for infecting me with this stuff. (Just in case anyone thinks I am being rude to Stranded, I am, but he knows that I love him really)

As Gylbart lifted the latch on the door to the little cottage in the woods he already knew that Arietta would not be there. Her absence was always obvious long before he opened the door by the lack of smoke wafting up from the chimney. He had no idea where she went on these days and although he had asked on many occasions she had never been forthcoming with a satisfactory answer. Instead she would tell him to trust her and nearly always manage to change the subject by peeling off her clothes and making him forget everything else in his world, apart from her.

As he pushed the door open, the familiar smell of her consumed him. He stepped in out of the rain, letting his eyes adjust to the dark. He saw it immediately, it was so out-of-place amongst the natural fibres that denoted the era, shiny and bright, hard and harsh on the eyes. His stomach turned as finally he could no longer ignore the obvious and he fled from the little cottage never to return again, despite loving desperately the woman he now believed to be a witch.

The moment Arietta emerged from the folds of time she knew she had a mistake. Her pocket was empty, alarmingly empty. Chastising herself for her error she contemplated her options for retrieving her phone. ย Arietta was certainly no rookie but love seemed to have clouded her brain, luckily a couple of hundred years of experience meant she was pretty sure she could restore things to how they should be. Returning back into that moment was not an option. Time moved oddly in different realms and the only way to rectify this was to return to before the mistake was made and stop it happening in the first place. Stepping back into the hot swirling vortex Arietta knew exactly what she had to do.

Smoke billowed from the chimney of the little cottage in the woods and a warm glow of light filled the one small window next to the door. Arietta approached slowly hoping that her timing had brought her to the right moment. Peering in through the little window she breathed a sigh of relief as there inside the cottage she saw herself and her beautiful Knight. Of all the lives that Arietta lived this, despite the hardship of the less than modern time, was her favourite and Gylbart was the reason for that. Arietta had many lovers in many realms, both male and female but Gylbart was different. Gylbart consumed her in ways that no one else ever had. The Arietta inside the cottage and the Knight were true soul mates so much so that they were both happy to ignore Arietta’s secrets in order to keep their life, as it was.

Inside the cottage Arietta giggled as Gylbart grabbed her around the waist and tipped her up over his shoulder, spinning her around until the room blurred. When he finally set her back on her feet the world continued to spin. As the dizzy sensation overwhelmed her she slipped down onto her knees. Both of them laughed as she knelt there breathless on the floor in front of him.

There was something about this position that always seemed to change things between them. Instantly the silliness evaporated to be replaced with something else just as exciting. Leaning forward slightly Gylbart grasped a large handful of her copper hair with one hand whilst freeing his cock from his cotton pants with the other. Arietta willingly opened her mouth for him, this time, sometimes she liked the fight, but tonight she just wanted to show him how much she loved him.

Looking through the window Arietta couldn’t help but sigh with desperate lust filled longing as she watched herself take the Knight in her mouth. Watching like this was odd, the memory of his taste and size filled her mouth as if for real and just as the Arietta in the cottage reached into the material of her dress to find her cunt so did the Arietta at the window. Together they masturbated to the knights cock in their mouth, one of them feasting on the feel and taste of him, the other luxuriating in the sight and sound herself.

As Gylbart emptied his balls into the mouth of the woman he loved above all others he watched with rapt attention as she cried out her own release. The sound of her cry seemed to echo briefly in his ear, almost as if their two Ariettas calling out his name.

Outside the window Arietta continued to watch as the lovers made their way to the straw cot in the corner of the room, curled up in each other’s arms and slept. Neither of them noticing the out-of-place object that was on the floor next to where Arietta had just been kneeling.

Sliding the little latch up, Arietta snuck into the quiet cottage and retrieved the phone. Standing over the couple for a moment she pondered all that she knew about their futures and then leaning down she kissed her beautiful Knight goodbye and left the cottage as silently as she had entered.
