Wow – that’s so intense, Molly!
xx Dee
love it !!
I think there is value to reflection, some need to make peace with the past, others(like myself for instance) tend to use the past as a rudder to guide the future…..which, IMO, is a dangerous endeavour, and simply serves to make one go round and round in circles.
Maybe it’s time to get a new rudder!
I like this image alot, gives one pause for thought.

Like Dee said: very intense.
I live for today, enjoying every moment I have, but I never forget where I’ve come from or what it took to get where I am now and I always have plans for the future, because without them I feel lost and, like you said: tomorrow is another day.
But essentially it’s ‘carpe diem’ for me 🙂

This is such an incredibly striking photo. Of course, I’m drawn to the intense color of your eye, but it’s the feeling of intimacy, of you staring into the viewer’s soul, that’s really incredible.
Beautiful image, Molly! Love the contrast between the twinkling lights and your smooth skin. And I agree about the self reflection, once you know who you are, all you have to do is keep moving forward.
I hope 2015 brings you all the best!
As I said, this is remarkably similar to what I was planning on posting for next weeks prompt but I think I may go with it anyway. You have provided me so much inspiration and encouragement over the past year I’m fairly sure some of our ideas will overlap!
Your eyes are such a lovely shade of green! This is an intense and lovely image.
Piercing photograph Molly . . . and very clever as always . . . I’m green with envy!!!

The white lights in the background aren’t lost. But the focus of your face, and then even more prominently , your eye, kept me following a path through the photo. It was fun to uncover!
you are a bit of a dragonfly
the act of looking forward instead of back
Words to live by for sure!!
That eye is quite a looker! 🙂
