The Ghost of Christmas…

by Molly Moore
cropped image of molly topless in front of christmas tree double exposure

“What is Christmas? It is tenderness for the past, courage for the present, hope for the future.”
~ Agnes M. Pahro

the ghost of Christmas…
what should of been was not to be
we vowed never again
and yet we had
no choice
the past is memories
the present is but a breath
the future is what will be
a specter of hope
