I am blood and lust; Touch me…
In years gone by this would have meant no sex stuff. I would have still masturbated but I believed that men found this disgusting. Then I met Michael and he showed me that I was wrong, that is just another part of who I am, a healthy and natural part of who I am.
I took this picture on my phone, I am sitting on the sofa and he had just fingered me to orgasm. I didn’t realise I had my period until he showed me. It is not the best picture ever but it truly captures a moment and I think it is beautiful. There is something raw and primal about it, the rich red colour of the blood, the way my legs are spread, it reminds me of that moment, the pleasure, the closeness between us, it feels like a celebration of that and my body and lust and desire and love and also a fuck you to all those who find periods taboo.
Just a little reminder that nominations are open for the Top 100 Sex Blogs 2018 and I need to know who your favourites are!

I agree – beautiful image.
What a great image and post. Thank you

I love all the images you share in relation to menstruation. There is a real taboo about something so natural and without it, no of us would exist.
Wow, this is an awesome post. Absolutely perfect.
You’re right, so raw and primal, I love it.
????
Yes! A stunning image of something so natural and part of who you are!

A beautiful photo
This is beautiful. As someone who no longer menstruates, this conjures up the sense of being alive, of womanhood. I wish I had had more sexual experiences during my periods. xx
LOVE this – all for men getting down with us when we are bleeding 😉 xx
This is gorgeous for so many reasons, but especially the “I didn’t know it until he showed me” parts. Stunning.
This is so good. I think even more so because it was impromptu. Such a wonderful image to share 🙂
It’s striking. I think the photo came out nicely and speaks to the things you like well
I love this post and image for so many reasons! So well said.

Wish I could “love” this post! Ruby x
So much to love about this! The ‘taboo’ subject matter yet the honest reality, the dramatic contrasts of light and shade and the hot and cold colour contrast enhancing the blood, love love love! X
Fitting, Molly is always on the bleeding edge.
Oh, I love this. Aside from generally being into pictures that incorporate blood, the fact that this was an unplanned and inspired shot makes me smile. As women bleed for about a quarter of our fertile lives, it truly is time we can viscerally engage with that idea.
The picture of real life and in the moment is beautiful❣️xx
