Blue Abyss

Molly wrapped in white tulle in bluebell woodlands

“At every moment of our lives, we all have one foot in a fairy tale and the other in the abyss.”
~ Paulo Coelho

A couple of weeks ago I was having a conversation with Tabitha where bluebells and the woods got mentioned. She said it wouldn’t be the same this year without a bluebell picture on my blog. Tramping off to the woods with my camera and tripod didn’t really seem on the cards this year but then it got me thinking back to previous years and I had a recollection that when I took the image featured in the post Wild Woman it had not been the only one. A quick delve back into to my folders confirmed I was correct and so fear not lovely Tabitha whilst this year I won’t get to visit the bluebells woods past me can offer you this glimpse into a blue abyss from previous woodland adventures.

Makes me want to go out to the woods 😉 A delightful image that transcends into an alternative universe with beautiful nymphs amongst the pixies and fawns. I love it! xx

I have missed your bluebell images this year so I’m glad you found one to cheer us all up with.

Nope, last year. I was surprised how long it is too. Like I keep forgetting I have grown it

Oh my Molly!! It looks like you’re walking into a fairy tale, or came straight out of one. I love bluebells and what a great location! I love how you’re half sitting, or leaning, is perhaps a better way to put it and the white sheet? is kind of the finishing touch for making it look so magical
