Loving angels

by Molly Moore
Cropped image of Molly with Christmas lights round her head in a halo for post called Loving angels

“I sit and wait
Does an angel contemplate my fate
And do they know
The places where we go
When we’re grey and old
‘Cause I have been told
That salvation lets their wings unfold

So when I’m lying in my bed
Thoughts running through my head
And I feel the love is dead
I’m loving angels instead”
~ Robert Williams / Douglas Whitehead

I really wasn’t sure which image to post for the prompt last week. It was between this one and the one I ended up sharing; It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. It just felt a bit more playful and sexy and the song is definitely a Christmas song unlike the one above. But Angels are definitely a Christmas thing and I am really rather proud of this image.

I love how it looks, a bit like a classic painting. If you look back through the history of angel painting you will definitely find ones where, for reasons unexplained, they appear to be having a robe malfunction and their boobs are on display. Apparently you can still be angelic with your tits out, especially when it’s Christmas!

Molly with Christmas lights round her head in a halo that cascade down over her breasts. She cradling her boobs in her hand and looking downwards. The painting has a filter on it that makes it look a bit like a painting

Hello Molly. Thank you for your post about angles.i agree most angels I have seen have some of their breaat exposed. This picture of you with your breast somewhat espoused is very sexy and fitting for an angle.

That’s the paradox of religion, everything is supposedly pure and chaste and yet when you look deeper, that just isn’t the case. Nudity shouldn’t be seen as impure and yet that’s how lots of Christians see it and yet their own imagery doesn’t reflect that view at all.
