I feel like I scared everyone off from commenting yesterday. That is OK. I don’t think it was a day where anyone else’s words could help. Today is a better day. In fact today is a good day.
I slept so well last night and that definitely makes a big difference but also I don’t feel so emotionally fragile.

I wish I could say I took this picture today but if you are in the UK you will know that the skies outside look nothing like this right now. They are grey and dark and I have not seen the sun in days. However, today I feel more like I have blue skies in my heart. The days are getting longer and the bulbs are poking up in my garden. The seasons change both weather wise and personally. Onwards….
