The art of ending

“Great is the art of beginning, but greater is the art of ending.”
~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Here we are, the final day of Febphotofest and being as it is a Thursday that means it is time to bring an old image back to life.

This was originally posted back in 2013 as a Sinful Sunday with a tiny bit of poetry by me called Red Lust. I don’t think it is any secret that I have a pretty big kink for knives and also blood play and this image definitely fits into one of those and maybe hints at the potential for the other. But I also have a kink for dark sinister images that give you a shiver of apprehension or cause your imagination to veer to deviant thoughts that maybe make you feel a little uncomfortable. With that in mind I have to say that I am a little bit in love with this new edit. I might at some point have to try to write a piece of fiction to go alongside it. Have I also mentioned that I find female killers fascinating?
