On Monday my Twitter feed informed me that the Scavenger Hunt, previously hosted by Curvaceous Dee, had found a new home with my wonderful friend and fellow sex blogger Pieces of Jade. Edited. The Scavenger Hunt is now hosted by sub_bee
If you are a regular here you will be well aware of my love for Scavenger Hunting but if you are new let me quickly explain. The idea behind the Scavenger Hunt is to tick off various locations from a long and seemingly never-ending list of possibles, by taking a picture of yourself flashing some flesh in a public place. Currently I have completed 73 Scavenger Hunts (including today’s) and I have no plan to stop anytime soon. If I manage to get to 100, which I am determined to do then I will be awarded a Diamond badge! Only 27 more to go!
I can’t claim that the Scavenger Hunt has resulted in some of my best photographic work, setting up a tripod in the supermarket and composing a great image is not really going to cut it. As a general rule Scavenger Hunt images are something we do together because they tend to need to be grab shot when the opportunity arises and having a partner in crime makes that much easier but that is exactly what I love about it. It is something we do together and it is always time spent having fun and laughing LOTS.
When I saw that the Scavenger Hunt was up and running again this week I knew what I wanted to do and so I asked Michael if he fancied a trip to the local Library. For once the weather was on our side providing us with a glorious spring day which meant that a dress with hold-up and no panties was not going to result in me complaining about being too cold.
We decided to go to the big library in town rather than our little local one as it is has a lot more areas sectioned off what we had not anticipated was quite how damn busy the place would be on a Tuesday lunch time. As we wandered around looking for potential places we constantly bumped into people and even found that many of the chairs dotted around at the end of the rows of books were occupied by people reading books! Anyone would think this was a bloody library, oh wait…
Eventually we found our spot in the cookbook section but just as we went to take our first shot a man came up the steps and started walking down towards us….
Eventually he seemed to decide he was in the wrong section, guess he wasn’t looking for something on buns.
Of course it wouldn’t be right to do a Scavenger Hunt here and not actually pick up a book so…
And then one more just to make sure you can see…. my best serious librarian face
