Christmas Past

I took this picture for my Christmas Advent Calendar 2014 but never used it. When I was flicking through images trying to decide what to use for February Photofest @domsigns caught sight of this one and told me to use it. Apparently he likes the way the Poinsettia is acting like a fig leaf and that it shows a part of my body that I have a tendency to be negative about. The shadow around my waist is my large scar from surgery as a child. His final words were, “you just look very sexy.”
