Thursday is the day for bringing an old image back into the limelight and this week I have picked an image that I first published during last years Febphotofest. I originally took the image in January last year in the afternoon when the sun was low in the winter sky. At the time I was pleased with it but like last weeks Thursday image I have since gone back and re-edited it. I like the way it has bought out the richness of the colours in the sky and the spindly intricate detail of the bare tree.
So what do you think, the new edit or the original; Intoxication

Wow, you could wear so little clothing in winter! For me, under such condition, I will become ‘Snow Man’ !
I missed it the first time around, almost missed it the second time around. My reward for going through a ‘blog catchup’ when I am back on line is seeing images like this

I love the new edit, much warmer feel to it. Both lovely images though
Hmmm, I like both, the original feels cooler & more winter-like to me, but the sky looks lovely in the new one.
