Flashing In The Park

flashing in the park

Earlier this evening this tweet was bought to my attention

Well bugger me, if I only had know it was that simple to write a decent sex blog. If it just a case of getting your tits out in the park then why on earth have I been bothering to write all this inane blah blah when all I need to do is…. well ‘flash in the park’ I guess!

flashing in the park

Well in my opinion sex blogging is not a walk or a flash in the park. It takes dedication, bravery and intelligence and if you check out the twitter feed below (the hashtag was created by @writesexright in response to the above comment) you will see that I am not the only one who thinks so. In fact it would appear that sex bloggers are way more than just bloggers who talk about sex…

Sex blogger definitely way more than just bloggers talking about sex. They are real people with real lives and real feelings and real friendships. Just as real as any other blogger out there!

And yes, I LOVE your flash!

Your blog is so much more than sex. I have felt what you have just by reading it. You inspire me! And if I see a flash of pussy or your boobs, wll, that is just icing on the most amazing blog ever, cake!

There is really something quite erotic about a photo that at first glance appears quite ordinary – a girl sitting in a park – until you realise that your eyes at looking at her unclothed sex. lovely!

Great flash and great illustration of a point. As mentioned, sex bloggers appear to be an easy target. The general public tends to forget that the writers have brains and real lives and that it’s damn hard to do what they do. The world would be a duller place without them!

Of course sex bloggers are an easy target. It’s an increasingly sex-negative world in which we live, and society judges that which it does not understand. We may take solace in the knowledge that many of us are living lives that the average person wishes they could live, doing things most wish they could experience. I’m not about to feel sorry for one person’s hang-ups, or let the slings and arrows of the misinformed influence my sense of self-worth.

Obviously we can’t post this comment without remarking on how delectable you look. Beautiful, as always.

Hmmm. We are all real people with real lives, loves and problems. We just happen to be sex bloggers too. No single aspect of our lives should be used by people who don’t know us to define us.

BTW, nice pic.

Oh, we can be a flash in the park, for sure! But we’re a flash with planning, style, and a fuck-tonne of charm (and, naturally, sexiness).

Not just anyone can pull off a flash like that 🙂

I am sure a joke about trimming the grass or bush will come to me eventually.

Sex bloggers are people too, just cos we don’t do the boring and mundane doesn’t mean we are all flashers in the park… well most of us are not.

The community I have come to understand is more than a one line comment. More than people would expect and more than meets the eye.

Why should a blog about our sex lives be any less important than a blog about our jobs or our kids or our pets or the latest recipes. Sex is as much a part of our lives as any of those other things! And one that should be talked about more by everyone, I feel.

I do love your flash in the park, though. 😉

You have illustrated perfectly in images as well as words why we are not just a “flash in the park”.

As everyone who has commented above states we are people with lives, thoughts and feelings.

Just because we choose to write about our sex lives does not make us lepers of society but the braves souls who are prepared to make a statement about something that almost every human being does at some point in their lives – sex!!!

We all have our ways of enjoying the subject and why should we not celebrate what we enjoy in words and pictures if we choose too.

A “high five” to all sex bloggers!!

I love your picture!!

Well, of course, you are absolutely correct Molly – but then again, the world would be a sadder place if you didn’t treat us to the odd flash in the park 🙂

I have two different parks within three blocks of my house if you need another place to hang out.

As for sex bloggers… I would guess close to half of the blogs I read fall into or close to that category by most peoples standards.
Sexuality is a huge driving force of human nature. Reading about different peoples thoughts, ideas, kinks, etc… is a glimpse into the variety of humanity.
