A Spring in my step

I am a Spring born baby, so much so that my grandmother wanted to name me Primrose because I was born on Primrose day. Maybe that explains why I have such a love for Spring time and Spring flowers..

Your birthday is just a few weeks after mine! I love the spring time with the new buds forming and colour that comes back into the world at this time of year.

Bluebells will always remind me of a dear friend and wonderful photographer who has passed, as these were his favourite flowers. He would appreciate your edit here as well as your female form among the flowers as his favourite form of photography was art nude.

You have brought back the memory of a wonderful friend here today.

How gorgeous to tiptoe semi clad through a bluebell dell.
Lovely, sensual and somehow strangely haunting, maybe it’s the blue hue…

I love the vintage feel to this, how I find myself imagining silence and tranquility as you pick your way through the swathes of bluebells at your feet.

I’m not sure I can explain why, but I love that you’ve left just that bit of clothing covering your lower back and elbows. It gives the image an extra layer of texture – the softness of your skin, the cloth and the flowers.

The color of the flowers added to the surrounding trees is lovely!! The flowers add to bring out your beauty and the wonderful spring time around you.

Beautiful beauty and spring wonder. Well done.

I love how you have captured what are, for me, the colours of spring here.

Lovely. The setting, the thoughts, everything. And no better way to celebrate your birthday than to take a walk in your birthday suit.

Happy birthday, Molly. This flower patch almost looks as if it is clearing a path just for you. Like it’s your rightful place within the world.

Such a gorgeous location Molly. I would love to find such a bluebelle wood . . . and, of course, you make it look even more splendid.

Your image reminds me of those paintings done by the masters during the 18th century. The field of flowers you’re walking through, the article of clothing you have, your pose, your hair. Outstanding. And I like the name “primrose” very unique.

Happy belated birthday, Molly! I adore the dark sweetness is this image. The bluebells are incredibly lush and there something about the light that makes it look a little bit like moonlight. It’s really beautiful.

The lighting in this shot, as well as the vibrant blue, almost manages to drag my eyes away from your luscious form. Almost. Also, Primrose’s Daily Kiss? Can’t say it has the same ring to it as Molly’s Daily Kiss. 😉
