Crop Circles

by Molly Moore

Sometimes Kink of the Week has me saying things that make me wonder if Jade is all part of a great big set up. This week her chosen topic is crops. For no reason in particular the crop has been lingering at the bottom of the play bag and has not seen the light of day, or the glow of my arse for a little while and so, in the spirit of insanity, I found myself asking for a reminder and I am glad that I did.

I had filed the crop away in my mind alongside other stingy impact toys such as the studded leather paddle. As a general rule I am not a lover of the sting but much prefer the deep strong thuds that knock the breath out of my body and so heavy impact toys really do feature at the top of my list of likes and it is definitely that sensation that I crave the most. Although the combination of the two in the right order will have me floating on the ceiling in a subbed out bliss.

Anyway, back to the implement in question. I have come to the conclusion that there are two main ways of using the crop.

There is the fast gentle little spanks that slowly gradually build in intensity. At first they are just taps but with each one there is a tiny bit more. The increase is so slight that it is almost indistinguishable and yet with each touch it is like a liquid heat is gradually being poured into my skin until it is red-hot and burning by which time the taps have been transformed into something much more substantial but by then I am floating on a wave of heat and endorphins.

Or there is the blunt brutal way which often involves a fight for the power which usually ends up with me pinned to the bed and a firm hand in the small of my back holding me in place followed by a sharp crack of the crop to cement the whole process. This way the heat is instant, a white-hot burning that crowds my mind and makes me yelp, twist and turn to be free of it. In that respect it is very like the misery stick as the initial touch is a sharp but moments afterwards it is still there, inflaming the skin and burrowing deeper into every part of you. I hate it/I love it.

Of course these are slight generalisations, there are clearly combinations of the above and the introduction of other implements which alter things but even then it is still based around one of these approaches.

The other day when I asked for a reminder it started with a version of the first one, slow steady taps building warmth, turning it up bit by bit until my skin was rosy red and glowing… on one arse cheek. Afterwards I lay there, head on my pillow and let my fingers explore the heat and then all of a sudden I hear it, that whisk of air announcing it arrival. I tense and it bites, deep, hot, intense and then again. Just the two.

I love the red glow and the way that makes me feel.

The other way, the unforgiving way, that is a more complicated relationship where hate and love fight each other until such time as I get to stand in front of the mirror and admire the marks that have been left and then there is only love and lust, and a desperate desire for more. I am all about the marks but that is a whole different kink of the week I think.

I was thinking, ‘crop circles’, what’s she talking about? And then I saw the photo 🙂

Silverdrop has a love/hate relationship with crops. Me? I love ’em.

When I saw the title I thought you had made a photo outside, between the crops. But these photos are soooo much nicer than the ones I imagined 🙂

I am the opposite: i love stings, hate thuds. But I can totally relate to the love and hate thing.

Nice pictures 🙂

The crop was my first impact toy and it remains very fondly in my heart.

Wonderful play on words with the title. Hopefully you loved discovering the old toy at the bottom of the bag far more than you hated it.

What?!? You think I would be in on some kind of set-up to get your lovely bottom whacked, and thus to have you post pics of it, glowing warm and red, all for my puerile enjoyment??

Oh, well, yeah, maybe I would be. 😀

I, too, have found the crop an especially versatile tool. One way as Ad uses it, quite another as W does.

We have loops not circles, but they do make “lovely” and clearly visible marks!
