Wow, Molly that is such a awesome shot. I really need to get back into using a hand held camera. I am missing out on so much. Think it is time to look into a good one.

Great image; so wonderfully taken. We had some fun with some ponds and reflections on top of the hills last summer and they do give so many possibilities.
I have been trying to lose weight too; but I have not managed to get out my running gear, yet.
