A Recipe For Sub Stew

Preparation Time:  10 – 15 minutes depending on how available the ingredients are
Cooking Time: As long as you like
Serves: 1 Dom & 1 sub (can be adapted for additional numbers)

INGREDIENTS

1 Dom (well feed and watered)
A set of wrist cuffs
A set of ankle cuffs
8 carabiners
2 lengths of chains
1 bed with 4 eyelet screws in each corner
1 instrument of torture (minimum requirement) e.g. paddle, whip, hair brush, flogger etc
1 submissive, naked.
Optional Extras include: A butt plug, lube, dildo, additional instruments of torture (as many as you like) ball gag, ring gag, blind fold and camera!

Method (To be followed by the Dom)

1.    Pre heat room to a comfortable temperature.
2.    Attach the wrist and ankle cuffs to the submissive, making sure they are tight enough so that escape is not possible but not too tight that are cutting of circulation.
3.    Attach the 1 carabiner and length of chain to each of the cuffs
4.    Attach the other end of each length of chain to the eyelets on the bed using the remaining 4 carabiners. The submissive should now be chained spread eagled to the bed
5.    Step back and admire your creation for as long as it pleases you, if you are feeling particularly mean and or have plenty of time, you could apply the blind fold at this point and then go and have a cup of tea. (Time allotted for this is at the discretion of the Dom)
6.    Optional extras that could be added at this time are;
6a. Apply liberal amount of lube to the submissive’s arse and insert butt plug. Be aware that this may cause a certain amount of wriggling and groaning.
6b. Ring or ball gag if noise level is too high
6c. Take photographs of your creation so far!
7.    Select your preferred instrument of torture and apply liberally to the submissive’s tender and vulnerable bottom, ignoring all* cries and pleas for mercy. Continue this until you have achieved a lovely red blush to the submissive skin.
8.    Optional extras at this time are;
8a. Take more pictures
8b. Insert Dildo into the submissive’s pussy
8c. Remove/apply gag depending on previous options selected
9.    At this time you can now play around with a variety of the previous steps, changing round the instruments of torture as you see fit, depending on how much time you have.

*The one exception to this is any use of the previous agreed upon safe word or sign.
**Any previous agreed hard limit must be adhered to.

TO SERVE

1.    Once you are pleased with your creation you can then feast on it for as long as is physically possibly, gorging yourself on their poor broken body and taking your pleasure in any way that pleases you**
2.    Take more pictures.
3.    Release your now shaking, shivering, whimpering crying submissive and TAKE MORE PICTURES.
4.    Apply liberal amounts of after care and ensure your raw materials are well cared for until such time as you need them again.

SERVING SUBGESTION

Works well on a king size bed but can be adapted to various settings. Extra whipping and cream are also excellent accompaniments as are additional Doms and subs.

Notes On This Recipe

Be warned that all submisssives vary and may well react to this type of preparation in various different way thus resulting in a variety of different end products. Some resistance to preparation may occur
Planning, preparation and compatible ingredients are vital to a successful outcome.
Over heating or excessive cooling can be an issue so correct temperature application is vital.
End products may vary from the picture shown.

Ps… The word this week for Wank Wednesday is recipe. I decided to have some fun with it this week and do something a little tongue in cheek (very different from cock in cheek I would like to point out) but this recipe is based on a recent experience and the picture of me with puffy eyes and a tear-stained face is the result.
