A few weeks ago someone sent me a message asking this question…
“You are the only one I know who has done this so the only one I know to ask… The day(s) you have your pearls in all day… do you take them out and put them back in to go to the bathroom… logic and sexy… not always a great combo (?)”
I sent the curious reader my answer but it got my thinking that maybe other readers might be wondering this or something similar and so I decided to share my reply with you all.
The longest period of time I have ever worn the pearls for is probably around 4 to 5 hours although on most occasions it is less than that, around 2 hours. In general I don’t remove them to go to the toilet, unless I have to that is. Sometimes they can be sitting inside me in such a way that without removing them, or partially removing them, in order to releasing some pressure, I am unable to pee. Usually I find partially removing them or shifting them around inside me is enough to sort out the problem.
As with anything that you put inside yourself it is important to keep things clean and hygienic and to not leave it in too long. Think about how long you would wear a tampon for instance? Leave it in too long and you are asking for trouble. The longer you wear it the more likely you are to introduce unwanted bacteria and infections to your pussy and no matter how horny it might make you it is not worth getting germs for.
In the same vein, keep your pearls clean. I wash mine with warm soapy water, although keep it light on the soap, and make sure you rinse and rinse and rinse them and hang them to dry somewhere that is well ventilated and my final tip, keep an eye out for reasonable priced strings of costume pearls and replace them regularly.

Last year, during our first car trip through California, I thought about doing this and surprising A. when he reached to touch me… but I couldn’t clean my Perl necklace well enough to put the plan in practice. Next time, definitely! 🙂
