Silver links

6th July 2011

Apologies for the interruption to normal service but I am delighted to announce that the waiting is finally over and yesterday we got confirmation from the UK embassy in New York that Sir’s VISA for the UK has been issued! The waiting is over and once his passport is returned later today we will have a travel date. I am sitting here writing this with happy tears of joys streaming down my cheeks. We have endured so many set backs but our determination to get to this day and belief in each other has paid off and this is now officially the beginning of the end of being apart. I promise to write a more coherent post for tomorrow but in the meantime….. *does happy, sexy, excited dancing……come on people, dance with me, you know you want to.

Ps… sorry for the last-minute hijacking of Wanton and Wank Wednesday. Normal service will now resume.

Cold metal binding skin

Twisting tightening biting in

Snaking round my wrists and thighs

Taking me to darkened highs

Clinking, chinking that unique noise

Of one of your favourite toys

Chilled shivers down my spine

Salty tears in eyes that shine

Silver links chaining me

A dirty slut for all to see

I give myself up to this

And Descend into a submissive bliss

Ps…This weeks prompt is #Shine. Are you feeling Wanton this week or maybe you have other Wednesday needs….

  1. Dear Molly,
I cannot put in words how happy I am for you and your Sir. I have seen your struggle on twitter, felt the pain that was in your words, felt your frustration… and now felt your joy. It brought tears to my eyes, just knowing how happy you must be with this news, and how happy you soon will be to have your Sir with you every day!
    Congratulations on this wonderful news!

  2. Happy, happy dance!!! Molly, I am thrilled for both of you. What a bang-up way to end the independence day celebrations. Probably not quite as big a holiday in the UK:-)

And the photo and words are, as always, divine. I’m thinking of you an ocean away. Big smile. Fat tears.

  3. Oh this is so wonderful! I’m just thrilled for you both. It’s been hard watching you both suffer apart when you deserve to be happy. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. It’s beyond satisfying to witness the happy ending…or I guess I should say beginning. xoxo

  4. I’m so thrilled for you and Sir, I can’t even put it into words! I love a good love story, and to have it happen to one of my favorite writers on my blogroll… brilliant!

  5. Good luck. I did the immigration/ relationship/ marriage thing. It was far harder, more frustrating, than anyone could know without being through it themselves. Gives me a sick feeling just remembering it all now. Glad you are nearing the end of the physical immigration part. It does get easier when you are together to work on it all.

  6. Oh, yay! Congrats to you both, darling. *happy for you*

The picture is lovely too…I adore the look of heavy chains against soft skin.
