20th November 2010

It’s Saturday! I am awake; I should have slept longer but for some reason I woke early and couldn’t get back to sleep. The flight tracker is addictive; I can’t stop looking at it, seeing the minutes slowly ticking away as his plane moves ever closer to the UK. I hope that unlike me, he is sleeping. He is one of those people who can just put his head down and sleep so I am sure this will be no exception.

I have prepared my chicken casserole, it is now slowly simmering away in the slow cooker, I have folded laundry, made coffee, eaten some toast and the music is playing as I sit for a moment pen this little ditty to you all.

I need to be ready to leave in about 40 minutes, I really hope the traffic is clear, but I am trying to control the urge to leave wayyyyyy too early. For now it is time for a shower and some last minute preparations. I shall return in a few moments to finish this post and bid you all farewell. Stay right there while I am one won’t you……

I am back briefly; my iPod is playing 100 years by five for fighting. I mustn’t cry, but oh that song, I love that song and I wish I had had all those moments with him. Have I mentioned that I love him?!

Right, are you still there, I hope so. I am back and shower took a bit longer than expected and I really must leave. So would you like to see what I am wearing……..?

I know this post is as old as the hills, and it may seem like ages away, but it’s put such a grin on my face. Those butterflies….they never really go away, do they? :)
